FAQs

Do you offer in-person sessions?

No — I offer telehealth sessions exclusively, for clients throughout Colorado, including Denver, Boulder, and statewide. Meeting online means no commute, more flexibility with scheduling, and access to a therapist trained in the specific modalities your situation calls for, no matter where in Colorado you're located.

What therapeutic approaches do you use?

My training is integrative — I draw from EMDR, the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy). Rather than following a one-size-fits-all script, I build each treatment plan around what you specifically need.

Do you work with individuals, couples, or both?

Both. I see individuals working through anxiety, trauma, and personal growth, as well as couples looking to rebuild connection, communication, or trust.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, through Headway — I'm in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna. I also see private-pay clients directly; if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. Full details are on my Rates & Insurance page.

How long does therapy take?

This depends entirely on you — your goals, your history, and what's bringing you to therapy in the first place. Some people come for a few months to work through something specific; others stay longer for ongoing support. We'll check in on progress together along the way.

What's an EMDR Intensive?

Rather than weekly sessions, an EMDR Intensive condenses trauma processing into longer, focused blocks of time — often producing meaningful progress faster than a standard weekly pace. It's a good fit for people who want to move through something specific without an open-ended timeline.
